Located just 2 miles from downtown Blue Ridge with shopping, coffee shops and five star dining, getting to Montane Manor is easy with paved roads and a paved driveway. Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River and the Aska adventure area are only 5 miles alway with whitewater rafting, river tubing, zip lines, hiking, trout fishing, golf, boating, camping, kayaking, waterfalls, horseback riding, festivals, scenic drives, Orchards, Vineyards, wine and brew tours, The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, bowling, movies and so much more.
